in light of them:
• Call you for an interview: job overview briefing,
answer to key questions, details of your current employment
and explanations of your key duties and responsibilities,
testing as deemed necessary.
• We may call you for more information / clarification
• Not call you as we consider the documents inappropriate
for the position applied for.
• We may keep your documents for other positions
more suitable.
Step C) Should you meet our initial interview requirements,
we will place you on the list of possible short listed candidates
and send these details to our overseas principal.

reference letters from current (& past if necessary)
employers.
• Produce original documentation for certification
as original copies
• You will be asked direct questions about your
work, duties, responsibilities and other relevant data
the employer may have asked for, to determine you have
the appropriate skills for the position on offer.
• You should be aware that our office will conduct
thorough reference verifications, establish authenticity
of documents presented and satisfy our selves beyond a
reasonable doubt that all is in order.
Step D) You may be interviewed by web cam or telephone
by the prospective employer or given a date to attend formal
face to face interviews with the employer or legal representative.
Step E) If you are among the list of selected candidate(s)
you will receive a formal written job offer:
• You will be notified immediately and presented
with a copy of the offer and likely terms of employment.
• We will discuss it with you and make sure you
fully understand its contents and offer therein.
• If you are happy with it, you will sign and accept
it.
• This will be returned to the employer.
Step F) Work permit applications:
• The employer will initiate any work permit requirements
and advise us of their outcome.
• The employer may engage their own legal immigration
advisers or may ask us to provide such.
• Please note that a job offer does not mean a successful
work permit or a visa will be obtained.
• These decisions lie with the immigration authorities
of the country where permits are being applied for.
• Should a work permit be obtained, it will be sent
to our offices.
• An immigration visa to enter the country will
now be required.
Step G) Visa applications:
• We will help you comply with all the visa requirements
and make a standard submission with all required documentation.
A visa fee will be required by the Embassy to process
your documents.
• All original documents will usually be required
along with a medical report and police clearances.
• Visa’s are granted at the discretion of
the Entry Clearance officer and usually all documents
submitted will be verified.
• It should be noted that if any irregularities
are found which indicate false references, conflicts with
any previous visa applications or fraudulent certificates,
the visa is very likely to be declined.
Step H) All POEA requirements will be carried out in
the correct sequences, as and when each step gets checked
off.
