The HR manager or the person responsible
for recruitment is often faced with a dilemma:
How do I find the right staff, will they
fit in to our company dynamic, how can I be sure they will
contribute to our business success, Does he / she have the
right kind of personality & skills needed to do the job
in question?
These and many more questions often run
through the mind of the potential employer as he tries to
tread carefully through the minefield of recruitment.
Many recruitment companies to day specialize
in “CV preparation”
A valuable tool no doubt but what lies
behind this almost perfect CV?
Does he have leadership qualities? - Is
that needed for this position?
What’s his IQ like? - Is it important
for me to know?
What sort of personality does he have?
–Is it right for the position on offer?
Although not all positions may require
this in-depth analysis, we at Job Connections have a range
of tools which we can use to help answer some of these key
questions and help bring to light the personality within as
well as their skills and leadership potential.
It is after all, you who is making the
investment in that person in terms of time, money, relocation
and training.
